Purpose of award: To assist ham radio operators in furthering their educations.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have at least a technician ham radio license, be undergraduate or graduate students in international studies at an accredited post-secondary institution and be members of ARRL.
Target applicant: Graduate school students

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 1.
