Purpose of award: To create opportunities for high school students with spina bifida to attend a four-year college that is otherwise outside of the applicants' financial reach.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have spina bifida with a statement of disability from a physician, be high school juniors or entering seniors at the time of application and show financial need by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Awards are based on academic record, financial need, work history, community service, leadership and commitment to personal goals.

Amount: Up to $5,000.
