Purpose of award: To promote academic excellence among Hawaii students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or planning to earn a GED. They must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher and have scored above 1270 on the SAT and/or above 29 on the ACT. GED applicants must score at least 60 points. Applicants must be legal Hawaiian residents, but they may attend high schools outside of Hawaii.
